Our Work To Help The Community We Live In

We are so proud of our school contribution to Harvest. The vicar at St Paul's church was overwhelmed, thank you to everyone who made a donation.

Help us with The Armed Forces Goodie Box Appeal

Thank you so much for all your generous donations. Head Boy and Girl enjoyed the trip to the post office with Miss Cox so that they will be received before the big day.

Help us to make a child smile this Christmas

Due to last years success, we have decided to repeat this act of kindness. We would like to make many more children smile this Christmas just like we did last year. Toy donations are being taken in at Edler class and will be distributed amongst the local children centres and also Rainbow ward up at QEQM.

Thank you so much for your donations. Here is a picture of some of us off to the hospital.

We got the teachers into the giving spirit too. Here are the 12 Tins of Christmas which have been donated to the local food bank.

Our Work To Help Improve Our School Community

We are so happy to see these worry boxes being displayed around our school.

We have encouraged the teachers to put on clubs for us. Please see the timetable below for term 2.

Thank you teachers.

Toy Donations so far.... Thanks for all those who have donated. Looking forward to receiving more over the next few days.

Big smiles as we donated the toys to Cliftonville Childrens Centre. Thank you to everyone who helped us- you are all awesome.

The pressies all ready for unwrapping by the children at the hospital. Thank you to everyone who played our game at the Xmas Fair.

'Keeping People Warm' Campaign. We can't wait to do more with the Salvation Army.

School Clubs

Whilst talking to our classes about how we could improve our school we found that School Clubs was a huge aspect of school life that our school community wanted to change. It has been expressed that, although there are many clubs available to students, there are only sports based clubs being offered therefore we felt it necessary to put out a school questionnaire to children to find out what other clubs they would like to see available to them.

Take a look at the questions we have been asking.

Yay! We are pleased to announce that more clubs are being offered that aren't sports. Maybe you should give sewing a go or loose yourself in a book at book club. Well done everyone, let's see if we can get more up and running next term.

As a school council we wanted to improve spellings in our school therefore we have worked closely with Mrs Provost-Lines to ensure that every child is learning spellings everyday. Its has been great fun seeing so many children getting 10 out of 10 in their weekly spelling tests. Watch this space for competition time.
