How we track Interventions.

Each Teacher and TA was allocated a green file in November 2018. Within our files are relevant provision maps for the children within their class/year group, advice from SALT/STLS, up to date medical care plans for children within their class/ year group and tracking grids that we expect to see filled out with entry and exit data for Wave 2 and Wave 3 interventions.

 

The tracking grids from files are brought by each TA/Teacher to the SEN dept at the end of each full term, we then upload them on a whole school provision map. The whole school map, (an excel grid containing all the intervention frequency and data) shows us which interventions are effective and which are not. We then use this information to acquire expert training for our staff in the areas we have identified a weakness.
